Once you have completed your payment via PayPal, you will receive an automated email from us. This email will simply outline the details of your order, including: items ordered, billing address, shipping address and shipping method.
If your delivery is going to a Leeds residential address, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a delivery time. If the order is going to a Leeds business address, we will contact you to confirm what day delivery will be attempted and again once the delivery has been made.
For deliveries going outside of the Leeds area, we will hand these over to our courier partner, TNT. Once the delivery has been booked in with them, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
