Williams Chase Elegant Crisp Gin

An English gin, distilled at Herefordshire, from the same company that make Chase potato vodka. This is distilled from organic apples, and has a lovely crisp, fruity flavour.

William Chase grew up in Herefordshire, England, and farmed potatoes for two decades before creating Tyrrells Crisps and then embarking on an ambitious project to make his own vodka. His first batch of potato vodka flowed from the stills in June 2008, and since then, it has gained both respect and awards alike.
After wowing vodka fans with its award-winning potato vodka, Chase has gone on to launch a number of flavoured vodkas made with real fruit. Chase Marmalade Vodka uses Seville oranges and Valencian orange peel; Chase Rhubarb uses rhubarb from Herefordshire; and Naked Chase Vodka uses English cider apples.
With his Elegant gin William Chase wanted to make a gin for the perfect martini. To make the perfect gin martini, you need to start with the perfect gin. Elegant 48 is made from scratch using rare varieties of apples from Chase’s own 300 year old bioganic cider orchards. In their bespoke gin still, they add hops, elderflower, juniper, Bramley apple and angelica, plus secret wild botanicals from their meadow and fresh water from their own well.
