This fifteen hectare estate is run by Eric Guyard and is highly rated by French wine Bible ‘Guide Hachette’. Its run on strictly traditional principles and, over the years, has gained a wide reputation in Burgundy for producing outstanding wines.
The alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 20 days with regular pumping over to allow each vintage to express its typicality. After pressing, the wines are placed in oak barrels for the second fermentation and will remain until bottling about 18 months later.
