A Colombian rum sourced and selected by the Riascos. blended from spirit matured for between 12 and 21 years in white oak. Pronounced 'etch-ee-seh-rah', the name means 'enchantress' in Spanish.
NOSE: Coffee beans and chocolate. Plantains, peppermint leaves and vanilla cream. Chocolate.
PALATE: Plum jam and dark chocolate. A little chilli, black pepper, cinnamon and cassia bark.
