William Chase grew up in Herefordshire, England, and farmed potatoes for two decades before creating Tyrrells Crisps and then embarking on an ambitious project to make his own vodka. His first batch of potato vodka flowed from the stills in June 2008, and since then, it has gained both respect and awards alike.
After wowing vodka fans with its award-winning potato vodka, Chase has gone on to launch a number of flavoured vodkas made with real fruit. Chase Marmalade Vodka uses Seville oranges and Valencian orange peel; Chase Rhubarb uses rhubarb from Herefordshire; and Naked Chase Vodka uses English cider apples.
Containing a 5cl of each of Chase GB Gin, Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin and Chase Oak-Aged Sloe & Mulberry Gin, this celebration of the varying forms of juniper is certain to excite any gin enthusiast.
Chase GB Gin: This dry, juniper led gin has been designed for the much loved G'n'T. Chase distil their Naked vodka from cider made from organically grown apples, they then distil their gin from the vodka. The result is a delicious gin with notes of spice and citrus fruit.
Chase Oak Aged Sloe & Mulberry: An aged edition of Williams Chase Sloe & Mulberry Gin. They make this using their GB Gin along with Herefordshire sloe berries and mulberries, and is aged in oak casks for a year before bottling. Juicy berries and peppery oak. A lingering herbaceous note.
Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo: Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin is crafted by copper pot distilling GB Gin with a bounty of pink grapefruit and pomelo peels. Powerful notes of pink grapefruit combined with subtle hints of juniper and lime zest. Tart grapefruit meets juniper on the palate. Lasting sensation of fresh pink grapefruit on the finish.
