Dà Mhìle Farmhouse Botanical Gin is made with 100% organic ingredients. Using a mix of 20 organic botanicals, from the old favourites juniper and coriander to some interesting and home-grown treats like red and white clover, gorse and chamomile.
The nose is subtle fresh rose petals, then spice and a hint of juniper. The initial palate is floral with bitter, fresh notes of dandelion and peppery cloves. The texture is silky, exuding a superb botanical mouth-feel finished by intense juniper tones and peppermint cool.

Launched on the 1st of March 2014 - St David's Day - our Seaweed Gin is made with a hand selected variant of botanicals and infused with a handpicked selection of seaweed from the Newquay coast of West Wales and the West coast of Ireland for three weeks before being triple filtered and bottled.
Aromas of garden herbs lead the nose, touches of cardamon and pepper follow slowly, and then there’s a wave of coastal saltiness. Pocket-tin spearmints burst to life on the palate, complemented by dashes of lemon juice and a spray of sea salt. The seaweed is obvious without overpowering the gin’s savoury juniper and peppery spice notes. Fragrant eucalyptus gives a slightly medicinal quality to round off a refined palate.
Why not try a Dirty Dà Mhìle Seaweed Martini? Combine 1 part Dà Mhìle Seaweed Gin, 2 parts Sweet Vermouth and 1 part Olive Juice in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an Olive.Learn More
